Angloco's After-Sales and Service Department has the broadest range of experience and expertise in the dedicated service and maintenance of fire fighting and rescue vehicles and equipment. This supports the extensive range of products supplied and more, and covers: municipal appliances, emergency rescue tenders, industrial and petro-chemical vehicles, all-terrain appliances, airport rescue and fire fighting vehicles, turntable ladders, aerial ladder platforms.
Routine servicing and contract maintenance arrangements are available, all of which are customised to suit a customer's requirements. These are even available for vehicles not originally supplied by Angloco. Programmes can be arranged at Angloco's factory or at a customer's premises, including where these are overseas.
Emergency Service
Although the vehicles supplied by Angloco are of a standard which is second to none, it recognises that breakdowns will occur occasionally, and that these will inevitably not be at a convenient time. Angloco provides an emergency help-line for urgent problems and the Customer Service Manager ensures that customers will receive an appropriate response and attention.
